Why Trust Badinotti Twines?
Standardization of Breaking Loads
Due to the high quality of the nylon used, one of the main characteristics of Badinotti twines is their standardization or low volatility in their breaking load.
This lower volatility has earned us our clients’ trust.
Permanent Dying Process
Our dyed twines and strings, Due to the use of autoclave*, our dyed twines and strings are streak and stain-free. Our process achieves a very uniform and permanent color finish.
*An autoclave is a hermetic metallic vessel, cylindrical, vertical, or horizontal, prepared to work under internal pressure. The pressure is necessary to be able to work at more than 100ºC (212 F) using steam as a heating medium.
Consistent Torsion Force
Badinotti Peru’s production and quality control ensure that our twines provide a very consistent twist depending on the twine’s application.
