Badinotti Services Service Stations

In our facilities, all equipment and machinery used are designed to handle nets with different levels of dirt and deterioration, as well as different dimensions and characteristics.

Regarding the Campbell River Service Station, all procedures and operational protocols are reviewed and approved according to the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency), in relation to biosecurity and fish sanitary safety. In Badinotti Services Chile, all processes are approved and developed under the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, being the only company in the industry to maintain the last one, for more than 5 years consecutively.

Our commitment to the quality of our services and the development of sustainable aquaculture means that we are constantly innovating in our operational processes. In addition, as of  2017 Badinotti Services Chile has achieved OHSAS 18001 certification, being the first company division to receive it.

Our Locations

Our business units, Service Stations, are strategically located in the most important production areas in Canada (Port Hardy and Campbell River), Chile (Puerto Montt and Aysen), and Peru (Lima).

They are in charge of receiving nets from farming centers to be cleaned, inspected, repaired, and prepared for various farming processes, with high-quality standards certified by ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

EasyTrack

Badinotti Net Services Canada

During the last years, Badinotti Services Chile has implemented a traceability software, which is called “EasyTrack”. 

EasyTrack allows our customers to know the stock of nets in the Service Stations and their location along the servicing process. EasyTrack also provides the results of applied tensiometers and management reports.
